There is a higher than normal amount of REO (Bank Owned) and HUD foreclosed properties on the market, which you can commonly get for less than the privately owned homes. Grab that equity quick! This is not to say that it is a lopsided “Buyer’s Market”, but you can still find deals out there.
Many market indicators project interest rates will be going up within the
next couple months, and with the hotter sales season coming up, a lot of the
